{ASKING FOR HELP // BUILDING A BUSINESS & RAISING A FAMILY...}
the first thing I did this morning was roll out of bed, grab my phone and send individual Voice Memos to my team. yes, my team. our team. the team…. because fallcofamily is an actual team as of June 14th, 2021!!!
me // "hey siri , what do you do with an idea... that could change the world and help reshape the future of education?"
siri // "i'm sorry s-y-reen-a, i think you're going to need to ask for help."
i’ve been asking for a lot of help in the last few months. not sure i completely understood the courage it would take to pour your heart out to someone and ask them to build something beautiful w/ you but i now know that it’s A LOT!!!!!
these last few months have been non-stop. meeting after meeting, setting up the team that will hold pieces of our dream in their hearts and their hands and its taken everything in me not to draw back.
but, we here!!! and our family of five is now a purpose-driven team of ten and growing. excited to explore and discover all that our faith and love will create!
i’ve started to share more of our dreams lately (out loud). they are bold. they are big… NO MASSIVE. they are terrifying, but i’m here for it all! I shared a podcast talking a bit more about our ‘dream big’, taking steps toward getting comfortable, owning the vision and making a constant effort to leave the fear behind.
what do you do with your ideas?!?
cameron, kendall + savannah, i pray you write them down and make them plain. i pray you walk by faith and with love as you press on toward purpose. i pray you ask for help understanding that your purpose and ideas will always be connected to that of another. loving god, and loving people along the way. enjoying every single moment of the journey. that is what I pray you learn to do with your ideas.
excited to continue to build in/on purpose while raising a family. resolving to enjoy the journey and leave love notes behind every step of the way…
